Shipped in plain brown box. STAMPED AcDelco not EMBOSSED. Also stamped made in china. I have my doubts, we'll see after 500 or so miles. It's already a terrible GM design. UPDATE: Well at about 400 miles, I am about to replace this piece of garbage. It's leaking out of the weep hole so it's shot. No I didn't run it hot or abuse it. Pretty sure this is counterfeit there's no way even American Union Labor could build something this crappy. I'm pis*ed.
