This muffler replaced the stock muffler on my 94 Suburban with a 350 TBI. I was very pleased with the ease of installation. Only minor modifications were needed to install in place of the factory style muffler. My wife was pleased with the quietness of the muffler. She hates the 40 series Flowmaster I have on my Chevy van and was nervous that this 70 series would be noisy also. The truth is this muffler is as quiet as the factory style muffler but still has the recognizable tone Flowmaster delivers.

As for price, I checked several local and online sources for the best deal. The only place I found cheaper was one seller on Ebay seller who had potentially questionable feedback on a few occasions. Ruling that option out, Amazon had the cheapest price I could find.

I put Flowmaster mufflers on all my V-8 Chevys. I am glad to have found one for the family travel vehicle that my wife can live with.
