My wife got this as a birthday present for me. I have a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, 4.0L V6. The aFe TBS works great (I also have an aFe Pro Dry S filter installed which is great too)! It only took about an hour to install (very easy instructions to follow). The spacer means the plastic engine cover can only connect to one of anchor points, and I had to clip off a small plastic fin on the bottom to have it reattach and be flush (really not a big deal, the instructions say to use one anchor or just leave it off). I have noticed a slight improvement in my gas mileage for every day use since installing it, and the upper RPM performance is noticeably better, especially when carrying a load or taking a hill with a descent grade. If you love your truck, the aFe TBS is a simple install that makes a considerable difference for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this product.
