these things are beefy like no other and rock solid. The first thing I want to say was that Pandamoto has one of the best customer service I have ever seen. They responded to my email in hours and not minutes and always helped me out with the problems I was having with a faulty ballast.

I don't think it was the company's fault for one part going wrong. The margin of error occurs and sometimes can't be avoided.
