I got this sway bar for an 2006 Tahoe.Install was very easy, didn't have to even get out the jacks and jack stands. Unbolt the skid plate, remove the end links, brackets, swaybar, and then the new one goes in same way the old one came out only in reverse.
Took maybe an hour, most of that was just letting the the bolts soak in penetrating oil to get them loosened up.
The bar seems to be a quality product. It weighs at least twice, if not more than twice as much as the stock bar- which is hollow. The slightly larger bar in this kit is solid all the way through.
The front end is much more stable through the curves. Doesn't rock back and forth when going over wash-boarded roads, and it hasn't made the ride harsh.
Overall I'd say that this is a must for people who don't like the sloppy body roll of 1/2 ton trucks and SUVs.
