I got and installed this fuel pump after carefully reviewing all details .. the installation is a little tough as the fuel tank is involved and I paid a good sum to the shop .

It works but I need to crank my car several times before the engine starts. At 70 degrees, it is only inconvenience and not an issue. What will happen when its really cold and several cranks may do the battery in. I have a new battery and before this - the car cranked perfectly.

Any ideas ?
