I have ordered two of these HV800's the first arrived with im assuming a dead cell was only producing a hair over 9v's, i charged and no luck.. the batter just was not doing the 12v deal it needs to do.. I call complain and amazon refunds me to order another..

So I order another, it arrives.. same thing! im on battery two and within a moment of taking it out i toss it on my mulitimeter and I get 9.1v I place it on charge for 20 mins and its still at 9.1v.. it obvioulsy doesnt hold a charge and I am guessing kinteic has a bad batch come out.. and i happened to get two of them.. So I am again asking for a refund/return and I will be going to a battcap to see if i dont have better luck.. I hear people love these batteries and they normally might be good.. but from my view they are not good at all... again i dont think this is amazon the sellers issue, as they didnt build it.. but are still selling bad products and they need to be made aware of the products.
