This was listed as a flood/spot combo. It appears, however, to only be flood when you look at the beam pattern of the lights and the concave bulb housing. Regardless, these are bright! The flood pattern throws a lot of light in all directions. I doubt a spot beam could carry much further than these floods regardless. Much brighter than the stock HIDs on my car by comparison. The wiring was very nice and sheathed in weatherproofing, and was extremely easy to install. This product was used on a golf cart at a fishing camp. Mounted on the roof of the cart at the front, the bar was angled slightly towards the ground (~10 degrees). This allowed light to start hitting the ground about 2 foot in front of the cart, yet flood pattern is large enough to hit up into trees. Almost ridiculous the cone of light. Very highly recommended.
