I was told that to replace the fan switch on the heater it would take a new heater control head, estimated cost $300. I thought that was ridiculous so I started looking around. I checked AC/Delco for the correct part and got the part number to do my search. I Google-shopped it and found it for under $100 on Amazon. I did the check to see if it was the correct part and the Amazon listing said it was not. Since AC/Delco said it was right, I ordered it anyway. My nephew put it in in about 15 min for a savings of nearly $200. The part, OEM, fit and works as it is supposed to and looks exactly like the previous one. Great to save money on Amazon.com, but I wish that the parts fitting tool was correct.
